# Downgrade or cancel your website plan

> How to move from Growth to Launch or cancel your website plan, who handles it, and when it takes effect.

Every website plan is month to month, with no minimum term. You can move from Growth to Launch, or cancel, whenever you like.

## How to ask

- **In Site Manager,** open **Settings → Billing** and send the request there.
- **Or by email,** to [support@brokerandagent.com](mailto:support@brokerandagent.com).

Our team makes the change for you. If something isn't working, tell us: we'd rather fix it.

## When it takes effect

At the end of the period you've already paid for. Until then, your plan carries on as it is.

- **Moving to Launch:** Growth's features, like the website assistant, the blog and area guides, stay on until that date. From then on you pay Launch's $89 a month.
- **Cancelling:** your plan stops at that date, and nothing more is charged. From then on, Site Manager closes everything past the overview, and on Growth the website assistant and the blog stop. Your leads aren't deleted, but you can no longer see them in Site Manager, and the site itself is taken down some time after. Your domain and your leads stay yours: reach out and we'll help you move the domain and get your leads.

## What isn't refunded

The rest of the month you've paid for, and the build fee, aren't refunded. We only refund a charge we made by mistake. See [Refunds](https://brokerandagent.com/help/billing/refunds).
