# Website plans and what you pay

> What Launch and Growth cost, when you pay the build fee, when the monthly plan starts, and the billing terms behind both.

Every website has two parts to its price: a one-time build fee, and a monthly plan once the site is live.

Both plans include a custom design, property search from your MLS, lead forms, hosting and maintenance, and visitor reporting. Growth adds the website assistant for your visitors, a blog, area guides, a monthly SEO check with fixes drafted for you, teammates on your site, more of our team's time each month and faster replies. ## When you pay

1. **A free preview first.** We build a preview of your site before you pay anything. The price we quote with it holds for four weeks.
2. **The build fee when you order.** It's charged once, at checkout.
3. **The monthly when your site goes live.** Nothing monthly is charged while we build. Growth's features work during the build, so you can start on them early.

## The terms

- **Month to month.** No contract, no minimum term and no annual plan.
- **One website per plan.**
- **No MLS fees passed on to you,** and no charge per MLS. Launch includes 1 MLS; Growth includes up to 2.
- **Price changes come with at least 30 days' notice.**
