# Add a calculator to your website

> Put our seller net sheet or mortgage calculator on your own website in your colors, with no code to write, and choose where the leads go.

Our seller net sheet and mortgage calculator work on any website, not just ones we built. You pick how it looks, copy a few lines of code and paste them into your site. They're free.

## Make yours

1. Open the [calculator builder](https://brokerandagent.com/tools/embed).
2. Pick the **seller net sheet** or the **mortgage calculator**.
3. Choose how it looks:
   - **Light or dark**, to suit the page it sits on.
   - **An accent color** for the buttons and the result, from the swatches or your own color.
   - **A size.** Large shows every field and a chart. Compact keeps the core fields. Button puts a single button on the page that opens the full calculator.
   - **States.** Lock it to your state, or list only the states you work in, in the order you want.
4. Choose where leads go (below).
5. Press **Copy** beside the code.

The code updates as you go, and the preview shows exactly what visitors will see, on a phone or a computer.

## Choose where leads go

- **A lead form** (**Workspace** in the builder). Visitors can send you their numbers with their name, email and phone. The lead lands in **Site Manager**, under **Leads**, as a website contact, and we email you. The form comes with a website from us: it needs your site's widget key on the page. If the page already has your site's widget snippet, the one that runs your website assistant, the calculator finds the key on its own. Without the key, there's no lead form at all.
- **Your own page.** A button sends visitors to a page you choose, like your contact page, instead of showing a form.
- **Nothing.** The calculator works on its own with no lead form.

Either way, you can set your name, which the form uses ("Send these numbers to Jordan"), and the words on the button.

## Paste it into your site

Paste the code where you want the calculator to appear:

| Website builder | Where to paste |
| --- | --- |
| WordPress | A **Custom HTML** block |
| Squarespace | A **Code** block |
| Wix | An **Embed HTML** element (Embed code) |
| Webflow | An **Embed** element |
| GoDaddy | An **HTML** section |
| A site we built | Send us the code in a [request](https://brokerandagent.com/help/websites/request-changes) and we'll place it |

Publish the page and the calculator appears. It fits whatever space it's given, from a phone to a full-width page, and uses your site's own font.

## Keep the credit line

A small "by Broker & Agent Solutions" line sits under the calculator. Leave it in the code as it is: it's how the calculator stays free.

## If it doesn't show up

- **Nothing appears.** Some builders only run code after you publish, so check the live page rather than the editor. Make sure both parts of the code were pasted: the `<script>` line and the calculator itself.
- **It appears but looks squeezed.** Give it a wider spot. Below 680 pixels wide it stacks into one column, which is expected on phones.
- **The lead form is missing.** The form only shows when your website's widget key is on the same page. Without it, pick "Your own page" or "Nothing".
- **Your site has a strict security policy.** Whoever manages your site can find the settings to allow in the [developer reference](https://brokerandagent.com/developers/embeds#security-settings).
