# Area guides

> On Growth, your website gets neighborhood, town and relocation guides, made to be found by search engines and AI tools.

Area guides are pages about the places you sell: a neighborhood, a town, or a guide for people moving to the area. They're part of Growth. You'll find them in **Site Manager**, under **Guides**.

## How guides help you get found

- Every guide is in your site's sitemap.
- Each one carries Place structured data, so search engines and AI tools can tell which place it's about.
- They're listed in an `llms.txt` file on your site, a list made for AI tools.

## Writing them

Guides are written with your website's AI, so each one uses some of your monthly AI allowance. If it runs out, writing waits for the 1st of next month, or for a pack. See [the website AI allowance](https://brokerandagent.com/help/websites/website-assistant#the-website-ai-allowance).

## Market statistics

Guides don't update themselves with market statistics. An area page with market stats is a custom build. Ask us about one in a [request](https://brokerandagent.com/help/websites/request-changes).
