# Cancel your website plan

> How to cancel your website plan, when it takes effect, and what happens when it does.

Every website plan is month to month, with no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like.

## How to cancel

Ask in **Site Manager**, under **Settings → Billing**, or email [support@brokerandagent.com](mailto:support@brokerandagent.com). Our team takes care of it, and it takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

There are no refunds, except when we've charged you by mistake. Your cards and invoices stay in **Account → Billing**.

## When it takes effect

- **Billing stops.** Nothing more is charged.
- **Site Manager closes everything past the overview.**
- **On Growth, the website assistant and the blog stop.**
- **Your leads aren't deleted,** but you can no longer see them in Site Manager.
- **Your site is taken down** some time after that.

Every lead was also emailed to you when it arrived.

## Your domain and your leads stay yours

Your domain is yours, and so are the leads your site collected. Reach out to us at [support@brokerandagent.com](mailto:support@brokerandagent.com) and we'll help you move your domain and get your leads.
