# How we connect your MLS

> We set up live MLS search on your website for you. Here's what we need from you and your broker, what it costs, and why it's usually the longest step.

Your website shows live listings from your MLS: search, maps, listing pages and saved homes, on your own domain. We do the setup and the paperwork. Your MLS just needs to know it's you, and your broker needs to sign off.

## What we need from you

Just your market. Tell us where you sell, and we contact your MLS, get your details and their approval, and set it up. You don't fill anything in.

## What we take care of

- Contacting your MLS for your details and their approval, and following up until it's done.
- Setting up the listing feed, and checking search, maps and listing pages before launch.
- Keeping the feed healthy after launch.

## Why it's usually the longest step

MLS approval waits on your MLS, not on us. We build your site in the meantime, so the day it's approved, you can go live.

## What it costs

| | Launch | Growth |
|---|---|---|
| MLSs included | 1 | Up to 2 |
| MLS data fees from us | None | None |

On Growth, if you belong to two MLSs, our team sets up the second one too. There's no charge per feed.

Your MLS dues stay between you and your MLS, as they are today. Your membership and your IDX agreement stay in your name.

## Which MLS do you work with?

Tell us yours and we'll confirm it before you pay. Near our offices that's usually Stellar MLS (Sarasota and Manatee), Realtracs (Middle Tennessee) or Heartland MLS (the Kansas City metro), and we work with agents across the U.S.: 200+ MLSs and growing.
