# Request changes to your website

> How to ask for edits after launch, how much editing time your plan includes each month, what counts against it, and how quickly we reply.

Plenty of changes you can make yourself in [the editor](https://brokerandagent.com/help/websites/the-editor): your pages, photos, About and announcements. Your plan also includes time each month for our team to make the changes only we can: a layout change, a new section, design work.

## How to ask

In **Site Manager**, open **Requests** and send one. Or email [support@brokerandagent.com](mailto:support@brokerandagent.com). Either way, it reaches the people who build your site.

A good request says:

- which page (paste the address);
- what should change, in as much detail as you have;
- any photos or files, attached.

## Included each month

## What counts against your time

Changes only our team can make count against the month's time. These never do:

- fixing our mistakes, or anything that's broken;
- the launch list;
- fixes your [SEO check](https://brokerandagent.com/help/websites/seo-check) sends us;
- your domain, your MLS and hosting;
- answering your questions;
- anything that takes under about 5 minutes.

We log time in 15-minute blocks. Anything bigger gets an estimate first.

Used this month's time? We ask before going on: the work waits for the 1st, or we quote it.

## When we reply

Website requests: the same business day on Growth, the next business day on Launch. Other support questions: within 24 hours on Growth, within 48 hours on Launch.
