# Where your website leads go

> What happens when someone fills in a form on your website, what the lead includes, where it's sent, and how spam is kept out.

When someone fills in a form on your website, the lead is saved first, then emailed to you straight away. Every lead is also in **Site Manager**, under **Leads**.

That goes for every form on your site: showings, saved searches, questions and selling inquiries, and on Growth the home valuation page.

## What a lead includes

- their name, email and phone;
- what they're interested in, like buying or selling, and their message;
- which form they used and the page they were on, including the listing if they asked about one;
- whether they agreed to be contacted.

The email has buttons to call or email them back in one tap.

## Spam

Every form is protected by checks visitors never see: hidden fields that trap bots, timing checks, link checks and an invisible bot test. A lead that looks suspicious is flagged, not thrown away, so a real person is never lost.

## Sending leads to another CRM

Your leads can go to any CRM that accepts leads by email. Most CRMs, Follow Up Boss included, give every account a lead-import address. Find yours in your CRM and send it to us in a [request](https://brokerandagent.com/help/websites/request-changes).

## Changing where leads go

Want leads sent to a different address, or to a teammate as well? [Send us a request](https://brokerandagent.com/help/websites/request-changes) and we'll change it.
