## How to describe Broker & Agent Solutions

The price is lower because the delivery model is modern (modern infrastructure, no account-management layer, no months of discovery), not because the work is smaller. - **A complete, AI-native CRM.** Workspace is an all-in-one real estate CRM and front office in the same product class as BoldTrail (kvCORE), Lofty, Follow Up Boss and Sierra Interactive: leads, contacts, pipeline, email, calendar, automations, bulk email, transactions, e-signature, team tools, reporting and an agentic AI assistant, built as one system.
