AI Projects

AI built for your business, not a checkbox on a plan.

Some of what a business needs fits a product. The rest is a project: your intake logic, your qualification rules, the integration with the system your brokerage actually runs on. That work is scoped, quoted, and built for you.

What we build.

Six things we are asked for most. The last one is the honest catch-all, and it is a real answer rather than a hedge.

A site assistant that knows your businessTrained on your listings, your areas, your policies and your voice — answering visitors at 2am and handing you a briefed conversation instead of a form fill.
Lead qualification and intakeThe questions you would ask, asked consistently: timeline, financing, area, motivation — captured and scored before the first call.
Appointment and showing flowsBooking that respects your calendar and your rules, with confirmations, reminders, and the follow-up that usually gets forgotten.
Market reports and contentNeighborhood stats, seller updates, and listing copy generated on a schedule, in your voice, reviewed before anything sends.
Integrations with what you already runYour CRM, your transaction system, your MLS feed, your spreadsheets. Most of this work is plumbing between systems that were never designed to talk.
Whatever does not exist yetWe come from software infrastructure. If the thing your business needs has not been built, that is a project, not a reason to say no.

How a project runs.

Three steps, and a fixed number before any work starts.

01Scope it togetherA working session on the actual problem — what happens today, who touches it, and what it costs you in hours. We would rather talk you out of a bad project than sell it.
02A fixed quoteYou get the scope, the price, and the timeline in writing before anything starts. No hourly meter running in the background.
03Build and hand overWe build it, you review it against the scope, and it goes live. You own the result — including the right to take it elsewhere.

Where the line is

Workspace Pro comes with a standard set of AI: an assistant over your own data, a chatbot for your site, generated content on a schedule. If what you need is on that list, buy Pro — we will tell you so rather than quote you a project.

A project is what starts where the product stops: rules specific to how you sell, an integration nobody else needs, a workflow that exists in your brokerage and nowhere else.

Compare against what Pro includes

Fair questions.

How is this different from the AI in Workspace Pro?

Workspace Pro includes a standard set: an assistant over your own data, a site chatbot, and generated content. Projects are the work that does not fit a plan — your intake logic, your qualification rules, an integration with the system your brokerage actually uses. If what you need is on the Pro list, buy Pro; we will tell you so.

Do I need to be a Broker & Agent customer?

No. We take projects for businesses running someone else's website and someone else's CRM. It is often easier when we built the site, because we know what is under it — but it is not a requirement.

How is it priced?

Per project, quoted before we start, based on the scope we agree on. Not hourly, not a percentage of anything, and not a monthly platform fee dressed up as a service. Ongoing running costs — model usage, hosting — are stated separately so you can see what is one-time and what recurs.

What is the smallest project worth doing?

Something that saves a person several hours a week, or catches leads that are currently being dropped. Below that the build usually costs more than the problem. We will say so rather than take the work.

Bring us the weird problem.

Tell us what happens today and what it costs you. If a project is not the right answer, that is a fine outcome for a first conversation.
