Building the agent OpenClaw and Hermes Where a ready-made AI agent toolkit fits the job, we build on it instead of reinventing it. Where it does not, we write the agent ourselves. The choice is made in scoping, and we will tell you which one and why.

How a project runs.

Every project follows the same five steps, with a fixed number before any build starts.

01 Scoping session A working session on the actual problem. What happens today, who touches it, how often, and what it costs you in hours. We would rather talk you out of a bad project than sell it.
02 Statement of work Scope, price, timeline, and what done looks like, in writing before anything starts. Fixed, not an hourly meter.
03 Design We map the workflow end to end and agree where the AI agent acts on its own and where a human approves first. That line is a decision you make, not one we make for you.
04 Build Built against the scope, reviewed with you as it goes, and tested on your real data before it touches anything live.
05 Maintain Models change, feeds break, your business shifts. Ongoing care is quoted separately so you can see exactly what is one-time and what recurs.

Common questions

What counts as an AI project?

Work that is specific enough to your business that no product covers it. Your qualification rules, your compliance checks, an integration with the system your brokerage actually runs on, an AI agent that does a job somebody currently does by hand. If it can be described as a workflow, it can usually be scoped.

Do I need to be a Broker & Agent customer?

No. We take projects for businesses running someone else's website and someone else's CRM. It is often easier when we built the site, because we know what is underneath it, but it is not a requirement.

How is it priced?

Per project, quoted before we start, based on the scope we agree in the session. Not hourly, not a percentage of anything, and not a monthly platform fee dressed up as a service. Running costs like the AI usage itself and hosting are stated separately so you can see what is one-time and what recurs.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, the instructions we write for the agent, the search index built over your data, and the documentation. We will self-host it in your own environment where that makes sense, and you can take the whole thing to another vendor if you ever want to.

What stops an AI agent from taking a wrong action?

Approval gates on anything that touches a client, a contract, or money, and a full log of what the AI agent did and why. In design we agree exactly which actions run unattended and which wait for a person. That line is set before we build, not discovered afterwards.

What is the smallest project worth doing?

Something that gives a person back several hours a week, or catches business that is currently being dropped. Below that the build usually costs more than the problem, and we will say so rather than take the work.
