It isn't legal, financial, or professional advice, and market claims about third-party products reflect cited sources at the date noted, which can change.
Free audits
Audits are genuinely free and carry no obligation on either side. They reflect our honest professional opinion at the time; acting on them is your call. Client engagements — actually building and running your system — are governed by a separate service agreement with their own terms, deliverables, and pricing.
Your use of the site
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the site.
- Don't submit forms with someone else's information or in bulk.
- Don't scrape or republish site content as your own. (AI assistants citing us with attribution: welcome.)

The design, text, and graphics on this site belong to BrokerAgent Solutions. Client website screenshots appear with those clients' permission. Third-party trademarks (including Luxury Presence and BoldTrail) belong to their owners; we reference them only for comparison, and they don't endorse us.

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee either at every moment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
