What Workspace connects to.
The whole list, with honest labels. Available means you can use it, at launch means it ships when Workspace opens, and planned means it is on the roadmap and not built yet.
Email and calendar
Two-way sync, so what happens in Workspace shows up where you already look, and the other way round.
Documents and signing
E-signature is built in and free, so most agents will not need any of these. They exist because brokerages standardise on things.
Communication
Texting and calling on a business number, with everything logged onto the contact.
AI and developer tools
The part most CRMs do not have. Connect the AI tools you already use directly to your own workspace.
Marketing and content
For the parts of the job that happen outside the CRM.
Lead sources
Anything that can send an email or call a URL can reach Workspace. These are the routes people ask about most.
The honest version of an integrations page
Most integration pages in this category are logo walls. A logo tells you a partnership exists; it does not tell you whether the thing you need actually works, or whether it shipped. So this page carries a status on every row and we would rather show a shorter list that is true.
The other thing worth saying plainly: a long integration list is partly an admission. Every logo is a seam where data has to be copied between two systems that disagree about what a contact is. Workspace needs fewer of them than a CRM does, because the transaction, the documents, the signing and the client work are already inside it. The integrations that matter here are the ones connecting you to things we should never try to own, like your email, your calendar, and the AI tools you already use.
If you build things
There is a public REST API, signed webhooks with retries, and a native MCP server. Lead intake is deliberately Follow Up Boss-compatible so existing sources can be repointed rather than rebuilt. The developer page has the detail.
Common questions
Does Workspace integrate with Google and Microsoft?
Yes, both, with two-way email and calendar sync at launch. Google Workspace covers Gmail and Google Calendar; Microsoft 365 covers Outlook mail and calendar through a single Entra app that also handles sign-in. Mail threads attach to the contact they belong to, and calendar events sync both directions rather than being copied one way.
Can I connect Workspace to Claude or another AI tool?
Yes. Workspace runs a native MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so Claude Desktop, Claude Code and any other MCP client can work against your workspace directly using your own workspace key. It exposes fifteen tools covering reads like contact search, pipeline summary and today's schedule, plus light-capture writes like notes, tasks, lead intake and appointments. It obeys the same permissions and plan limits as the app, and it works on the free plan.
Do you have a Zapier integration?
Yes. Six instant triggers ride our outbound webhooks (new lead, contact stage changed, contact replied, task completed, new appointment, transaction status changed) and six actions plus a contact search ride the public API. That connects Workspace to several thousand other applications without writing code.
Do I need an integration to get leads in?
No. Anything that can send an email or make an HTTP request can reach Workspace. Our own websites feed it directly with nothing in between, forms on any other site can post to the lead endpoint, portal lead emails get parsed into real contacts, and you can always add someone by hand or import a CSV. Lead intake works on the free plan.
Is your API compatible with Follow Up Boss?
The lead intake endpoint accepts the same shape Follow Up Boss uses, deliberately, so sources already pointed at a Follow Up Boss account can be repointed at Workspace without being rebuilt. Routing, tagging and follow-up automations all run on arrival exactly as they would for any other lead.
What if the tool I need is not listed?
Tell us. The public API and webhooks cover a lot of cases on their own, and Zapier covers many more. If it needs real engineering, that is an AI project: scoped and fixed-quoted before work starts, and you do not have to be a Workspace customer to hire us for one.
Need something that isn't here?
Tell us what you run today. If the API and Zapier do not cover it, we scope it as a project and quote it before any work starts.
