Twenty years of this
We've been building real estate software for more than twenty years. Data systems, mobile apps, and a lot of the plumbing that listing data moves through.
That work put us on both sides of the table. We build for MLS platforms, and we build for the brokers and agents who use them. How listing data actually behaves, and how differently one MLS works from the next, isn't something you pick up from a spec sheet.
Why we built this
We kept running into the same setup. A good agent producing at a high level in spite of their tools: a website from one vendor, a drip system from another, and a CRM nobody opened because it trusted nothing and duplicated everything.
The agent was the glue holding it together, copying and pasting and remembering. What they needed wasn't complicated. Systems that work, connected properly, and someone whose job it is to look after them. So that's what we do.
