Privacy Policy

What we collect

Information you send us. When you request a free preview or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, your website URL if you share it, and any notes you include. That's it, we don't buy data about you or append anything to it.

A theme preference. If you switch the site's color theme, we store that choice in your browser's local storage so it sticks between visits. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing about you.

Measuring traffic

We use Plausible Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages people read and where they arrived from. Both are cookieless: they set nothing on your device, assign you no identifier, and cannot follow you to another website. We see totals for pages, referrers, and countries, never individual people.

What we don't collect

No advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no cross-site tracking. We don't follow you around the internet, and we have nothing to retarget you with.

One technical note, in the spirit of being straight with you: our typeface and all of our photography are served from our own domain, so no font company and no image host sees your visit. The one exception is the background video on our home page, which still streams from Pexels. They see your IP address in that request, the way any web host would.

How we use what you send

• To reply to you, including previews, questions, and follow-ups you asked for.
• To build the preview you requested (we'll look at the website URL you shared).
• To keep a record of our conversation if we end up working together.

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the basic service providers required to operate (such as email and hosting infrastructure), who process it only on our behalf.

Connecting your Google or Microsoft account

Broker & Agent is a workspace for real-estate agents. If you connect your Google or Microsoft account, we access only what the feature you turned on needs, and only while your account stays connected. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored authorization.

• Gmail (Google) and Outlook mail (Microsoft). So your client emails appear in one inbox and you can read, reply, and send from inside Broker & Agent, and so messages can be marked read and kept organized. Google scope used: gmail.modify. Microsoft scopes used: Mail.ReadWrite and Mail.Send.
• Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. So appointments you schedule in Broker & Agent appear on your calendar and your events show inside the app. We create and update only events made through Broker & Agent. Google scope used: calendar.events. Microsoft scope used: Calendars.ReadWrite.

We request the narrowest permissions that make each feature work. Your messages and events are shown to you and to the teammates you deliberately share a contact with, and the access tokens are encrypted at rest. We never sell this data, never use it for advertising, and no person at Broker & Agent reads your mail or calendar except with your consent, where it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or on data that has been aggregated and anonymized.

Google API Services Limited Use

Broker & Agent Solutions' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you connected it for; we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not let humans read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with the law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

How long we keep it

Preview requests and correspondence are kept as long as they're useful for serving you. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it promptly.

• Ask what we have about you — we'll tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it, we will.
• Unsubscribe from any email, one click, honored immediately.

Who handles your information

This site is operated by Embark Companies LLC, doing business as Broker & Agent Solutions. We are the ones responsible for the information described above, it isn't handed to a parent brand or a partner network.
