Privacy, in plain language.
What we collect, what we don't, and what we do with it. No legalese maze.

What we collect
Information you send us. When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, your website URL if you share it, and any notes you include. That's it — we don't buy data about you or append anything to it.
A theme preference. If you switch the site's color theme, we store that choice in your browser's local storage so it sticks between visits. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing about you.
What we don't collect
This site currently runs no third-party analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We don't follow you around the internet, and we have nothing to retarget you with.
One technical note in the spirit of full honesty: our fonts load from Fontshare (the Indian Type Foundry's free font service), which means your browser requests files from their servers and they see your IP address in that request, as with any web resource. SeeFontshare for their terms.
How we use what you send
- To reply to you — audits, questions, and follow-ups you asked for.
- To prepare the audit you requested (we'll look at the website URL you shared).
- To keep a record of our conversation if we end up working together.
We never sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the basic service providers required to operate (such as email and hosting infrastructure), who process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Audit requests and correspondence are kept as long as they're useful for serving you. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it promptly.
Your choices
- Ask what we have about you — we'll tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it — we will.
- Unsubscribe from any email — one click, honored immediately.
