Pricing · Websites

Real estate website pricing.

A one-time build fee and a flat monthly rate, both published. Two plans cover most agents and teams. Anything larger gets its own fixed price, agreed before work starts.

Full IDX/MLS search is on both plans. We never charge per lead, and we never charge you more because the site started working.

Two plans, both with real IDX.

Both plans come with full IDX search, pages that load fast on a phone, and everything your MLS requires. Those are not upgrades you pay extra for.

When a flat rate is the wrong shape.

Launch and Growth are packages because most sites genuinely fit a package. Some do not, and those get quoted properly instead of being forced into a tier.

Brokerage sites Multi-office and multi-agent A brokerage site with agent subsites, office pages, and roster management is a different build. Scoped on a call, quoted as one figure.
Custom integrations Systems you already run Connecting the site to a back office, a lender portal, or a data source we have not met yet is real engineering work, so it is priced as such.
Unusual requirements The thing nobody else has Bespoke search experiences, unusual compliance, or a design concept that needs its own build. If it does not exist yet, we can still build it.

What a custom site actually costs in year one.

The monthly price is not the whole story. The build fee is where most of this industry makes its money. Their numbers come from the independent reviews we cite on our comparison pages, using each vendor's cheapest plan.

Website pricing questions

How much does a custom real estate website cost?

A Broker & Agent Solutions website is a one-time build fee plus a flat monthly rate: Launch is $495 to build and $89 a month, Growth is $795 to build and $129 a month. First year all-in on Launch is about $1,563. There are no per-lead fees, no charges that scale with your traffic, and no annual contract. Across the wider market, independent reviews put template platforms at $80 to $500 a month and premium design agencies at $250 to $1,500 a month plus $3,500 to $5,000 in setup.

Why is there a one-time build fee?

Because the build is where the work is. Your site is designed and built for your market rather than configured from a theme, and that is a real block of design and development time. Charging it once keeps the monthly low instead of financing the build through a higher subscription for years. It is also a fraction of what agencies doing comparable custom work charge upfront.

Are MLS data fees included, or billed on top?

Included. The monthly price is the monthly price, whatever your MLS charges for data access and however many feeds your site runs. We do not pass MLS data costs through to you and we do not bill per feed, which is worth checking against anyone else you are considering, because several platforms in this category charge roughly $25 a month per MLS on top of their sticker price. What you still hold yourself is your own MLS membership and your IDX agreement, because those have to be in your name. We handle the paperwork and the feed setup, and we monitor it afterwards.

Is IDX search limited on the cheaper plan?

No, and it never will be. Full IDX/MLS search, a site that loads fast on a phone, legal pages, and the MLS credit lines you are required to show come with both plans. We also never charge you more when the site brings in more leads. Those are the things a real estate website has to get right to be worth having at all, so we are not going to charge extra for them.

What is the difference between Launch and Growth?

Launch is the site itself: custom design, full IDX, lead capture, hosting and support. Growth adds the work that brings people to it: a custom SEO content package, neighborhood and service-area pages, Google Business Profile setup, the AI assistant widget on your site, more included edits, and faster turnaround. If you already have traffic, Launch is enough. If you want the site to earn its own traffic, that is Growth.

Can you build something bigger than these two plans?

Yes. Launch and Growth are published, flat-rate packages and they cover most agents and teams. Larger brokerage sites, multi-office builds and unusual integrations get their own fixed price, agreed before work starts. To be clear about the model: our standard products have published prices, and that is not going to change. The larger builds are the exception, not how we normally sell.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. After the build, websites are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. There is no annual plan to sign and no minimum term. Several platforms in this category quote their best price only on a twelve-month agreement paid upfront; we do not do that, and we do not charge per lead.

What happens to my site if I leave?

Your domain, your content, and your leads are yours and they go with you. We help with the export rather than holding it hostage. The design and the code we wrote stay ours, the same way they would at any agency, but nothing about your business is trapped here.

Do I need Workspace to have a website?

No. The two products are bought separately and neither requires the other. Workspace Free is free for everyone anyway, whether or not you have a site from us, so most people just use it. If you already run a CRM you like, your site feeds that instead.
