Both are add-ons to whichever Workspace you run, not separate plans. A seat costs what that person can actually do in it. A number costs the same either way.

Works with Workspace Free, with or without a Broker & Agent website Collaboration for Workspace Free Separate user accounts, invitations, roles and permissions, a shared lead inbox, shared or private contacts, and multiple people managing the same workspace. $12 / user / mo Coming soon. Lower rate, because these seats carry no Pro features and no AI allowance.
Works with Workspace Pro Collaboration for Workspace Pro Separate Pro users, shared CRM and transactions, team messaging, lead pond and assignment, team reporting, permissions, shared and private ownership controls, and individual AI access. $59 / user / mo Coming soon. Each seat is a full Pro user with its own AI allowance.
Works with Workspace Free or Workspace Pro Phone: texting and calling A business number for whoever needs one, with texting and calling from inside the inbox. Every message and call logs itself onto the contact. Run collaboration and phone together and the workspace also gets a shared team number at no extra charge. $33 / number / mo Coming soon. Same rate on either plan. You pick which people get a number, so a five person team can buy two.
Brokerage

Brokerage pricing.

A brokerage is not a bigger agent, so it is not a bigger plan. Pricing is a platform fee plus a per-active-agent rate that steps down in bands as you grow, quoted after a short scoping call.

How it is priced Platform fee plus per agent A flat platform fee for the organization, then a per-agent rate that drops as your headcount rises. No annual lock-in.
Active agents only You pay for who works Billed on active agents, not licensed seats. A long tail of low producers should not price you out of your own system, which is what per-seat pricing usually does.
What sets the number Based on your setup Agent count, how many MLS feeds you need, the compliance you run, and what has to be migrated. Twenty minutes on a call gets you a real figure.

Everything in Workspace Pro, plus office, team, and regional hierarchy, centralized roles and permissions, compliance oversight, routing, ownership policy, organization-wide reporting, agent offboarding and transfer, and brokerage-controlled templates.

Workspace pricing questions

Is the CRM really free?

Yes, and free for everyone, not only website customers. Workspace Free costs nothing permanently, with or without a website from us. It is a full contact book with no record cap, a lead inbox, tasks, pipeline, smart lists, email and calendar sync, automations without the AI steps, document storage with e-signature, net sheets, the tour planner, and the transactions hub. It is not a trial and it is not a crippled demo. If you want the AI, the Studio tools, and the deeper platform, that is Workspace Pro at $99 a month.

How much is Workspace Pro?

$99 a month for the account owner, or $59 a month if you also have a Broker & Agent website on any plan. That covers the full CRM and pipeline, transactions and compliance, the AI assistant and the site chat widget, automated follow-up, the Studio tools and deeper reporting. Additional people are Collaboration seats on top.

What is deliberately not in the free plan?

The AI: the assistant, AI steps inside automations, the site chat widget, and AI document work. Also the Studio tools like Quick CMA, presentations, virtual staging and the social post builder, the PDF forms editor, compliance workflows, and the deeper reporting. Records are never the thing we limit. Free is generous on what you can store and paid on the work the platform does for you.

How does this compare to Follow Up Boss, Lofty, or BoldTrail?

Those are the right comparison: Workspace is a front office in the same class, not a lightweight contact list. The differences are price, breadth, and how the AI got there. Independent 2026 reviews report BoldTrail near $499 a month for a solo agent on an annual term and Lofty from roughly $449 a month, both demo-quoted. Workspace publishes $99, month to month, with a free tier that is genuinely free. Workspace also includes transaction management, e-signature, and compliance in the same system rather than as a separate vendor, and the AI was built into the data model from the start rather than added to an existing CRM later.

When more than one person needs access, what do I buy?

Collaboration seats, which sit on top of whichever Workspace you run. On Free they are $12 per user per month and give each person their own login, roles, and a shared lead inbox. On Pro they are $59 per user per month and each seat is a full Pro user with their own AI allowance, plus team messaging, the lead pond, assignment, and team reporting. The workspace owner pays for the seats.

Can I text and call from inside it?

Yes, with the phone add-on at $33 per number per month on either plan. You choose which people get a number, so a five person team can buy two. Every message and call logs itself onto the contact. Run collaboration and phone together and the workspace also gets a shared team number at no extra charge. Email is free on every plan and does not need the add-on.

Does it scale from a solo agent to a brokerage?

That is the design. The same product runs a solo agent on the free tier, a small team on Collaboration seats, and a brokerage with office, team, and regional hierarchy, centralized roles and routing, compliance oversight, organization-wide reporting, and agent offboarding and transfer. You are not migrating to a different product when you grow, you are turning on more of the one you already run.

Why is brokerage pricing quoted instead of published?

Because a brokerage is not a bigger agent. The number depends on agent count, how many MLS feeds you need, what compliance you run, and what has to be migrated. The model is simple and we will tell you plainly on a call: a platform fee plus a per-active-agent rate that steps down in bands as you grow. Active agent, not licensed seat, so a long tail of low producers does not price you out of your own system.

How is AI usage limited?

The everyday AI is unlimited: the assistant, drafting replies, summarising a contact, asking questions of your own data. Those are cheap to run and they are the whole reason the product is useful, so metering them would be self-defeating. What carries a monthly allowance is the genuinely expensive generation, chiefly image work like virtual staging, and bulk content runs. If you reach the allowance we tell you before anything stops and you can add a pack. No silent metering and no surprise invoice.

Can I connect my own AI tools to it?

Yes. Workspace runs a native MCP server, so Claude and any other MCP client can read your pipeline, search contacts, check today's schedule, and capture leads directly, using your own workspace key and obeying the same permissions and plan limits as the app. There is also a public REST API and webhooks. This works on the free plan too.

Do I need a website from you to use it?

No. Workspace works on its own, and leads reach it from the forms on whatever site you run today, from the API, or by hand. If we did build your site the two connect with no integration in between and your Pro rate drops, but neither product requires the other.
