The short answerLionDesk built its reputation as the affordable real estate CRM with video texting and drip campaigns, at around $29.90 per user per month. It has since been acquired by Lone Wolf Technologies and increasingly folded into Lone Wolf Relationships, so what you are buying today is worth checking carefully. Broker & Agent Workspace is free for one user permanently, with Workspace Pro at $99 a month for the full platform. The honest comparison is not price against price: their paid tier and our free tier cover similar ground, and everything past that is a different question. Choose LionDesk if a cheap standalone CRM is genuinely all you want. Choose us if you want the transactions, the signatures and the client work in the same place, and would rather not pay for the CRM part at all.
Choose Broker & Agent Workspace if… You want more than a contact database: transactions, documents, e-signature, net sheets and the client-facing work, in the same system, and you would rather start at nothing than at $29.90 a month. You also want a product whose roadmap is not mid-acquisition.
Choose LionDesk if… You want a cheap, standalone, well-understood CRM and nothing more, you specifically want their video texting workflow, or you are already inside the Lone Wolf ecosystem and want the pieces to line up. There is nothing wrong with buying a small tool for a small job.

Where we win

Our free tier covers their paid one A full contact book with no cap, lead inbox, tasks, pipeline, smart lists, email and calendar sync, and import and export, at no cost, permanently. That is most of what a $29.90 CRM is bought for.
The job does not stop at the contact Transactions, documents and e-signature are here on the free plan. With a standalone CRM those are separate purchases, which is how a "cheap" CRM becomes a three-vendor stack.
One roadmap, not a migration LionDesk is being folded into Lone Wolf Relationships. Acquisitions can go well, but you are buying into a transition. Ours is one product built by the people who will still be building it next year.
The AI is real An assistant that reads your pipeline and your deals, drafts the follow-up, builds the net sheet and logs the call. Budget CRMs in this bracket generally do not have this, and retrofitting it is not a small job.

The comparison people make, and the one that matters

The instinct is to put $29.90 next to $99 and stop. That comparison is backwards here, because the thing most people buy LionDesk for is covered by our free tier: contacts, pipeline, tasks, email sync, import and export. If a CRM is genuinely all you need, ours costs nothing.

The $99 tier is not competing with LionDesk at all. It is competing with a CRM plus a transaction platform plus an e-signature account plus whatever produces CMAs and presentations. That is the honest frame, and it is why we would rather talk about what the whole setup costs than what one line of it does.

The acquisition question

LionDesk was acquired by Lone Wolf Technologies and has increasingly been tied to Lone Wolf Relationships. If you are evaluating it today, ask directly what happens to your account, your pricing and your data over the next two years, and get the answer in writing.

That is not a dig. Lone Wolf is a serious company and the combination may end up better for customers. It is simply a real question when you are choosing where to keep your database, and it is the question we would ask in your position.

Where LionDesk is the better fit

If you want a cheap standalone CRM and genuinely nothing else, LionDesk has done that job for a long time and their video texting workflow has real fans. If you already run other Lone Wolf products, the consolidation may work in your favour. Buy the small tool if the job is small.

Moving over

We do it for you. Contacts, notes, tags and history come across and we handle the mapping rather than sending you a template and wishing you luck. Workspace Free costs nothing and has no contact cap, so you can bring your whole database in, run it beside whatever you have now, and take as long as you like to be satisfied before turning anything off. Everything exports back out whenever you want it. Workspace Pro is $99 a month when you want the rest of it, or $59 if you also have one of our websites.

Common questions

How much does LionDesk cost?

LionDesk pricing has been reported at around $29.90 per user per month, with some sources citing a starting point near $25. It was acquired by Lone Wolf Technologies and has increasingly been tied to Lone Wolf Relationships, so current pricing and product availability are worth confirming directly with the vendor before you commit.

Is Workspace Free better than a paid LionDesk plan?

For the CRM job most people buy LionDesk to do, they cover comparable ground and ours costs nothing: full contact book with no record cap, lead inbox, tasks, pipeline, smart lists, email and calendar sync, and import and export. Workspace Free also adds document storage, e-signature, net sheets and the transactions hub, which a standalone CRM at that price does not include. LionDesk's video texting has no direct equivalent here.

What happened to LionDesk?

It was acquired by Lone Wolf Technologies and has increasingly been folded into Lone Wolf Relationships. Existing customers should confirm what that means for their plan, their pricing and their data before renewing. We would ask the same question of any vendor mid-acquisition, including one we were competing with.
