Where we win
The pricing model is the real difference
Sierra publishes tiers, which is more than most of this category does, but the published number is a floor rather than a price. The dialer, the AI texting product, premium website designs and ad management are all separate line items, and the entry tier assumes a twelve-month commitment paid upfront. Monthly billing is available at a higher rate with a $500 setup fee attached.
Our model is the opposite shape on purpose. One number for the website, one for the workspace, and the two add-ons priced per seat and per phone number so you can see exactly what a change costs before you make it. Nothing is quoted, nothing is annual, and the free tier is a real product rather than a runway to a sales call.
What each one is actually built around
Sierra is built around paid lead volume: capture it, route it, call it fast, measure the conversion. Every serious review of them says the same thing, and the product reflects it. That is a legitimate way to run a real estate business and they are good at supporting it.
Workspace is built around the agent doing the whole job. The lead matters, but so does the CMA you build on Tuesday, the contract you send Thursday, and the closing you are chasing paperwork for next month. Those are different products for different businesses, and the pricing follows from that: theirs assumes a team with an ad budget, ours assumes an agent who wants their tools to stop costing five subscriptions.
Where Sierra Interactive is the better fit
Two places, specifically. Their per-seat cost at fifty-plus users beats ours, because our owner-plus-seat model is built for the sizes most agents actually operate at. And their dialer is more specialised than ours, so if your business is buying leads and converting them by phone at volume, that is worth weighing. Outside those two, we would put our product against theirs at any price.
Moving over
We do it for you. Contacts, notes, tags and history come across and we handle the mapping rather than sending you a template and wishing you luck. Workspace Free costs nothing and has no contact cap, so you can bring your whole database in, run it beside whatever you have now, and take as long as you like to be satisfied before turning anything off. Everything exports back out whenever you want it. Workspace Pro is $99 a month when you want the rest of it, or $59 if you also have one of our websites.
Common questions
How much does Sierra Interactive cost?
Sierra Interactive publishes three tiers on annual billing: Starter at $299.95 a month for one user, Essential at $399.95 for three users, and Growth at $599.95 for five, each on a twelve-month agreement paid annually upfront. Monthly billing runs higher, at roughly $359.95, $474.95 and $724.95, and adds a $500 setup fee that annual billing waives. Additional users, the auto-dialer, Lead Engage AI texting, premium website designs and ad management are separate. Confirm current pricing with the vendor.
Is Broker & Agent cheaper than Sierra Interactive?
Substantially, at the entry point. Workspace Free is $0 permanently and Workspace Pro is $99 a month for the account owner, with additional seats at $59. A custom website is $89 or $129 a month plus a one-time build fee. A solo agent comparing like for like is looking at roughly $99 to $218 a month against Sierra's $299.95 floor on an annual contract, before Sierra's add-ons. At fifty-plus users Sierra's per-seat economics improve considerably and the comparison narrows.
Does Sierra Interactive include transaction management?
No. Sierra is a website and CRM platform; transactions, documents and e-signature come from a separate vendor such as dotloop, SkySlope or DocuSign. Workspace includes transaction management, document storage and e-signature on the free plan, which is the main structural difference between the two products.
Do I have to sign a contract?
With Sierra, the advertised pricing assumes a twelve-month agreement paid annually upfront; monthly billing is available at a higher rate with a setup fee. With us there is no contract on anything and no annual plan to sign. Websites are billed monthly after the one-time build and Workspace is billed monthly, at the same rate either way — there is no cheaper tier you only reach by committing to a year.
