Software built aroundhow your business runs.

Commission and cap tracking, recruiting, onboarding, internal tools, or the system your team keeps asking for. We build around the process you already have, agree on the scope and price before we start, and give you software built for your business.

When does custom software make sense?

When an important part of your business is being held together by spreadsheets, workarounds, or software that almost fits. We keep what already works about your process and build the missing pieces around it.

The goal isn’t custom software for its own sake—it’s fewer manual steps, fewer mistakes, and a system your team can actually work from.

Where custom software can help

Common places teams and brokerages outgrow spreadsheets or off-the-shelf tools. Bring us the process that isn’t working.

Turn the spreadsheet your business depends on into real software.

A lot of important business systems start as a spreadsheet someone built years ago. We preserve the rules and logic that still work, then add the structure spreadsheets struggle with: permissions, validation, automation, history, and a clear interface for the people using it.

Before: one file, multiple versions, broken formulas, and knowledge that lives with one person.
After: one system with clear rules, current data, and the right view for each person.

What to expect from a software project

Every project is scoped with you and quoted in writing before any work starts.

  1. 01
    Scoping call

Walk us through the process, the spreadsheets or systems behind it, who uses it, and where the problems happen.

  2. 02
    Written quote

You get the agreed features, deliverables, price, and expected timeline in writing. Larger projects can be divided into stages.

  3. 03
    Design the workflow

We design the screens and workflow with the people who will actually use them before development begins.

  4. 04
    Build and test in stages

Each stage is reviewed with you and tested against real examples and data before we move forward.

  5. 05
    Launch and handoff

We migrate the agreed data, train your team, and deliver the project according to the ownership terms in your agreement. Any ongoing care is priced separately.

What every custom software project comes with

  • A fixed price before we start

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before any work begins.

  • Clear ownership

Your data remains yours, and ownership of project-specific code, documentation, and other deliverables is clearly defined in the project agreement.

  • Built around what you already use

We can connect to the website, CRM, back office, data sources, and other systems already in your business where those systems allow it.

  • Designed with the people who will use it

We involve the real users before and during the build so the finished system fits the work instead of forcing the work to fit the software.

You may not need custom software. Workspace already covers contacts, communication, lead management, transactions, e-signature, automation, reporting, and team collaboration. If it already solves the problem, we’ll point you there instead of quoting a custom build.

Questions,answered.

01

Why not use off-the-shelf software?

You should—when it fits. Custom software makes sense when your workflow is important to how your business operates, when standard tools force too many workarounds, or when you’re paying for several systems to do one job.

The goal isn’t to replace software that already works. It’s to build the missing piece when the available options don’t fit well enough.

02

Who owns the software?

You do. The project-specific source code, documentation, and your data are yours. Where practical, hosting, cloud services, and other accounts can also be set up in your company’s name.

You can keep working with us after launch, or take the project to another developer at any time.

03

Can you move our data from spreadsheets and old systems?

Yes. Data migration can be included as part of the project. We’ll map the information from your spreadsheets or existing system into the new software, clean up or transform fields where needed, and review the migrated data with you before launch.

For larger or messier migrations, we’ll define exactly what’s moving—and any cleanup that’s needed—in the project scope before work starts.

04

How long does it take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. We define the expected timeline in your written quote before work starts, along with the scope and major milestones.

For larger builds, we can often deliver in stages so your team can start using useful parts of the system while later phases are still being built.

05

Who keeps it running?

We can. Ongoing maintenance and support can be included as a separate care plan, quoted based on what the software needs after launch.

If you already have your own development team, they can take over instead. We provide the documentation and handoff materials needed so you’re not locked into us.

Tell us about the project.

Tell us what you want the system to do, what tools and data you use today, and how the work happens now. We’ll talk it through with you and send a written scope and fixed quote before anything starts.
