MLS home searchon your own domain.

Give buyers your MLS’s listings on your own website, with map search, the filters they expect and updates every 10 to 15 minutes. When they have a question, it comes to you, not a portal.

Map search on one agent’s site we built, on a tablet
Map search

Give buyers a home search that feels familiar.

A full map that groups homes as visitors zoom, beside a list that keeps loading as they scroll. On a phone, one tap flips between the map and the list.

  • Thousands of listings stay readable on the map
  • Search by city, ZIP, address, subdivision or school district
  • Rentals get their own search
Filters

Help buyers narrow in on the right home.

Price, beds and baths, home type, square feet, year built and lot size. Coming Soon, Pending and Sold each have a filter, so your site shows the market the way your MLS allows.

  • House, townhouse, condo, multi-family and land
  • For Sale, Coming Soon, Pending and Sold
  • Sorted by newest, price or beds
Listing pages

Give buyers the details they need to take the next step.

A photo grid with a full-screen viewer, the key facts, the details buyers dig for and a payment estimate they can adjust. “Ask about this home” sends you the question with the address attached.

  • HOA, taxes, days on market and school district
  • A payment estimate with their own down payment and rate
  • A map of where the home is
Saved homes

Let buyers save favorites without slowing them down.

Visitors save homes and searches and pick up where they left off, without making an account first. Recently viewed homes follow them around the site, so the next question is never far away.

Your MLS’s rules

Your MLS’s rules, built in.

Every MLS has its own rules for displaying listings. We handle the required attribution, disclaimers, listing details, and other display requirements behind the scenes, then check everything before it goes live—so you don’t have to keep track of it yourself.

Questions aboutIDX search.

01

What is IDX in real estate?

IDX, short for Internet Data Exchange, is the program that lets an MLS’s agents show the market’s listings on their own websites. Your site gets the listings from your MLS’s feed and shows them with the credit lines and disclaimers your MLS requires.

02

How fresh are the listings on my site?

Your site pulls changes from your MLS every 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the MLS, and each listing’s disclaimer shows the feed’s own as-of time.

03

Which MLSs do you work with?

We work with 200+ MLSs and growing. Your MLS approves the feed for your site, and we set it up with you while we build.

04

Do I pay MLS data fees?

No. We never pass MLS data fees through to you.

05

Can buyers save homes without signing up?

Yes. Saved homes, saved searches and recently viewed homes work without an account, so nobody hits a wall before they’ve seen a home.

06

Can my site show sold homes?

Where your MLS allows it. Some MLSs share years of sold history from the start; others build it up as homes close.

07

Which plans include MLS search?

Both. Launch and Growth include map search, filters, listing pages and saved homes.
