The CRM and websitebuilt for real estate teams.

Give every agent their own login, choose how to disperse new leads, see who’s working what, and put the whole team behind one brand. Priced per person, month to month.

What should a real estate team look for in a CRM?

Three things. Every agent needs their own login, you need to decide who sees which contacts, and new leads need to reach the right person fast. Workspace covers all three: four roles, Open book or Private desks for each team, and routing by source with round robin and ponds.

RoutingTeam logins

Every new lead to the right agent.

Send each lead source to one person, round robin through the team, or into a pond where the first agent to claim a lead gets it. Rules go in order and the first match wins, and new agents join the rotation as soon as you add them.

  • Rules by source, first match wins
  • Round robin through the team
  • A pond anyone on the team can claim from

Logins

A login for every agent.

Each agent gets their own login, their own Today list that says who to call first and why, and the same inbox. Give them a role that fits: Member, Team lead, Admin or the one Owner. Billing for a new team member is prorated from the day they join.

  • Member, Team lead, Admin and one Owner
  • A Today list for every agent
  • Prorated from the day they join
Visibility

You decide who sees what.

Run the team as Open book, where teammates see each other’s contacts, or Private desks, where they see only what’s shared with them. On Private desks, team leads can still open a member’s record when they need to, and every look is logged.

  • Open book or Private desks
  • Team leads can open records, every look logged
  • Share a contact with one teammate or the team

AccountabilityTeam logins

See who’s working what.

With team logins, the Team page shows each person’s contacts, leads waiting, new leads this week, transactions and closings year to date. No more asking around on Monday morning.

  • Leads waiting, per agent
  • New leads this week
  • Transactions and closings year to date
How reports work
TogetherTeam logins

Keep team conversations in one place.

Give your team a shared space to communicate around the people and work that matter. Create channels for different teams or topics, message teammates directly, and attach contacts, documents, and files so everyone has the same context. Mention someone in a contact note and they’ll be notified automatically.

  • Shared channels for teams and topics
  • Attach contacts, documents, and files
  • Mention teammates when something needs their attention
Ownership

When an agent moves on, the leads stay.

Every contact is marked company-sourced or agent-sourced, and website and portal leads always stay with the team. For contacts agents add themselves, you choose whose they are, and exports can need a team lead’s sign-off.

  • Marked on every record
  • Website and portal leads stay with the team
  • Exports free, or with a sign-off
Your brand

One brand for the whole team.

A team site designed around your brand, with live search of your MLS on every page, and a profile page of their own for any agent who wants one. Every inquiry is sent within seconds, with information about the page it came from.

Questions fromteams.

01

What should a real estate team look for in a CRM?

Three things. Every agent needs their own login, you need to decide who sees which contacts, and new leads need to reach the right person fast. Workspace covers all three: four roles, Open book or Private desks for each team, and routing by source with round robin and ponds.

02

How does lead routing work for a team?

Pick a rule for each lead source: send it to one person, round robin through the team, or into a pond where the first teammate to claim it gets it. Rules go in order and the first match wins. Routing and ponds come with team logins, on Workspace Free or Pro.

03

Can agents keep their contacts private from the team?

Yes. Set the team to Private desks and teammates see only what’s shared with them. Team leads can still open a member’s record when they need to, and every look is logged.

04

Can I see what my agents are working on?

Yes, within the rules you set. With team logins, the Team page shows each person’s contacts, leads waiting, new leads this week, transactions and closings year to date.

05

Who owns the leads when an agent leaves?

Website and portal leads always stay with the team. For contacts agents add themselves, you choose: what agents bring in is theirs, or everything entered here is a company asset. Exports can be free or need a team lead’s sign-off.

06

How much does it cost for a team?

Each team member is $12/month on Workspace Free or $59 for each extra login on Pro, and every Pro team member gets every Pro feature. Routing, ponds, team messaging and the team dashboard come with team logins on either plan. A team website on Growth is $129/month plus a $795 one-time build.

07

Can my team message each other inside Workspace?

Yes, with team logins on Workspace Free or Pro. There’s #general, a channel for every team, channels you add and direct messages. Attach contacts, documents and files, and mention a teammate in a contact’s notes to send them an email.

08

Can we move from another CRM?

Yes. Export your contacts from your current CRM as a spreadsheet and import them, and we’ll set up your team, roles, sharing and routing with you.
