What makes a project custom?

If you need software, automation, AI, or an integration that doesn’t already exist in one of our standard products, that’s a custom project. We build around your requirements and the systems you already use. And if an existing product solves the problem just as well, we’ll tell you.

How is a project priced?

After a scoping call, we agree on the scope, timeline, and fixed price in writing before any work begins. Any ongoing costs—such as hosting, third-party services, or AI usage—are listed separately, so you know exactly what’s one-time and what’s recurring.

Do custom projects have to be for real estate?

No. We build custom software, integrations, automations, AI tools, and web applications for businesses with needs that don’t fit an off-the-shelf product. You can work with us whether or not you use any Broker & Agent products.

Who owns a custom project?

For standalone custom projects, the code and other deliverables we build specifically for you are yours, as defined in the project agreement. Your data is always yours as well.

How long does a project take?

Timelines vary based on the size and complexity of the project. We establish the schedule during scoping and include it in writing before work begins. For larger builds, we can often break the work into phases so you start getting value sooner.
