Your website, built aroundhow your business works.

Every website plan already starts with a custom design, live MLS search, and lead capture. When you need more—like a connection to your back office, a private portal, specialized search, or something built around your own workflow—we scope it with you and quote it before work starts.

What makes a website project custom?

It’s work that goes beyond what a standard website plan includes: connecting your site to another system, pulling in data from another source, creating a private area for clients or agents, or building a tool around your market or workflow.

Every website plan already includes custom design, live MLS search, and lead capture. A custom project starts where those standard capabilities end.

Integrations

Connect your website to the systems behind your business.

Keep your roster, back office, outside listing feeds, and lead destinations connected to the website so your team isn’t updating the same information in multiple places.

  • Keep agent and office pages synced with your roster
  • Bring in listings or data beyond your standard MLS feed
  • Send leads into the CRM or system your team already uses
Sign-in areas

Give clients or agents a private place to sign in.

Add a secure area to your website where clients can follow their transaction or search, or where agents can find documents, training, updates, and internal resources.

  • Buyer and seller portals
  • Private agent or staff intranets
  • Documents, updates, and resources in one place
Brokerage sites

One brand across every office and agent.

Build office, agent, recruiting, and local-market pages around one design system so the brokerage stays consistent while each office and agent can still speak to their own market.

  • Office and agent pages managed from one source
  • Recruiting pages with lead or application forms
  • Consistent branding with local content where it matters
Search and tools

Build search around the way your buyers actually shop.

Waterfront, golf, new construction, land, investment property, or another niche—custom search can reflect the filters, data, maps, and calculators that matter in your market.

  • Custom search filters and landing pages
  • Calculators built around your market
  • Maps and property data your buyers care about
Big moves

Move a large website without leaving the old site behind.

Bring over existing pages, blog posts, media, and years of content while mapping old URLs to their new destinations. We check the move before launch so visitors and search engines land where they’re supposed to.

  • Pages, posts, and media migrated
  • Old URLs redirected to their new pages
  • Migration reviewed page by page before launch

What to expect from a website project

Scope, price, and timeline are agreed in writing before any work starts.

  1. 01
    Scoping call

We look at the website, the systems around it, and what you need them to do together.

  2. 02
    Written quote

You get the scope, deliverables, price, and expected timeline in writing.

  3. 03
    Design the solution

We map the new pages, experience, data, and connections with you before development starts.

  4. 04
    Build and test

We build away from the live site, review progress with you, and test against real data before launch.

  5. 05
    Launch and handoff

We put the work live and walk your team through it. Any ongoing care or maintenance is clearly priced separately.

Start a project

What every custom project comes with

  • A fixed price before we start

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work begins.

  • Clear ownership for custom work

Your data stays yours, and ownership of any project-specific code and documentation is defined clearly in the project agreement.

  • Human approval where it matters

If a workflow affects a client, contract, payment, or other consequential action, we can build in the approvals your team needs.

  • Built around what you already use

You don’t need a Broker & Agent website or Workspace account. We can work with the website, CRM, and systems already in your business.

Start with the standard site. Add only what you need. Already on a Broker & Agent website? We know the platform underneath it, which can make custom work faster. Using another website or system? Tell us what you have and what you want it to do—we’ll tell you what’s practical.

Questions,answered.

01

Aren’t your websites already custom?

Yes. Every website plan includes a custom design built around your brand, live MLS search, and lead capture.

A custom project is for functionality beyond the standard website—like connecting to your back office or roster, creating a private client or agent portal, building specialized search tools, or handling other unusual requirements.

02

Can you work on a site you didn’t build?

Often, yes. It depends on the platform, how the site is set up, and how much access it gives us to change or extend it.

Tell us what you’re using and what you want to accomplish. During the scoping call, we’ll tell you whether it makes more sense to build on what you have or move the project to a better foundation.

03

Can you connect our site to our back office or CRM?

Usually, yes. If your back office or CRM provides an API, data feed, webhook, or another reliable way to exchange information, we can often connect it to the website.

We confirm what the system supports during the scoping call, then include the integration and any ongoing requirements clearly in your written quote.

04

Who maintains the custom work after launch?

Custom functionality we build on a Broker & Agent website runs on the same platform as the rest of the site. If it needs ongoing maintenance—especially because it connects to another system—we’ll spell that out separately in the project quote.

If the system or API it depends on changes later, ongoing care can cover the work needed to keep the integration running.

05

How are custom website projects priced?

Custom projects are quoted at a fixed price based on the scope we agree to before work starts. That project price is separate from your regular website plan.

If the project has ongoing costs—such as a data feed, third-party service, or continued maintenance—we list those separately in the quote so you know what’s one-time and what recurs.

Tell us about the project.

Tell us what you want the system to do, what tools and data you use today, and how the work happens now. We’ll talk it through with you and send a written scope and fixed quote before anything starts.
