About the survey

Why we’re asking

There’s little good data on how agents actually work: where their business comes from, how fast leads get an answer, what all the software costs, and how agents are really using AI. We’ll publish what we learn so agents, brokerages and reporters can use it.

How results are shared

When the survey closes we publish the totals in our Research section with the method: how many agents answered, when, and how we found them. Anyone can reuse the results with credit.

Your privacy

We never publish anyone’s answers, only totals, and we don’t show a breakdown so small it could point to one person. Your email is optional and used only to send you the results.
