Put a calculator on your website

Our seller net sheet and mortgage calculator, on your own site and in your colors. It’s free and takes two lines of code. When a visitor asks for their numbers, their details land in Site Manager → Leads and you get an email.

When a visitor wants exact numbers

A short form sends their name, contact and numbers to Site Manager → Leads as a new contact. It works through the site snippet already on your site, so there’s nothing to paste.

Adding it to your site

  1. Copy the code

Pick a calculator and make it look like your site. The code above updates as you go.

  2. Paste it into an HTML block

WordPress calls it a Custom HTML block, Squarespace a Code block, Wix an Embed HTML element. On a site we built for you, send us the code and we’ll place it.

  3. Publish

It fits whatever space it’s given, from a phone to a full-width page, and uses your site’s own font.

Good to know

Nothing is sent until they ask

The numbers a visitor types stay in their browser. Only when they press Send on the form do their details and their numbers go to you, and to no one else.

Always current

The calculators use the same state rules as our own tools. When a state changes its transfer tax or a loan program changes its numbers, your calculator updates with no new code.

Light on your page

It loads after the rest of your page, sets no cookies and adds no tracking. Your site’s styles can’t break it, and it can’t change your site.

Works for everyone

Every field works from the keyboard, screen readers hear the result, and the motion stops for visitors who ask their device for less of it.

The credit line

A small “by Broker & Agent Solutions” line sits under the calculator. Keep it in the code as it is; it’s how the calculator stays free.
