Where we win
First-year cost on Websites Launch is about $1,563: a $495 one-time build plus $89 a month. The comparable figure here is ~$6,500+.
The real difference: an agency vs. a system
Luxury Presence is, at heart, a premium marketing agency with software attached. The design is excellent, and so is ours; the real difference is everything around it. They staff account managers, strategists, and in-house teams who will run your paid ads and social media, and that structure is most of what the price pays for. If what you want is an agency on retainer, that is a legitimate thing to buy, and we would tell you to talk to them.
Broker & Agent Solutions is a software company that designs. Every site is custom-designed and custom-built to the same standard, and we then do the part agencies treat as an upsell: tune it to rank, make it fast on a phone, and wire it into Workspace or Workspace. The price is lower because the delivery model is modern, not because the work is smaller. No account-management layer, no multi-month discovery cycle, and modern tooling throughout.
What the pricing gap buys you, and what it doesn't
Independent reviews of Luxury Presence report entry tiers around $250–$500/month, premium tiers approaching $1,500/month, setup fees of $3,500–$5,000, and realistic first-year costs from roughly $7,000 to over $20,000 before ad spend (AgentAdvice, Realty Software, Pinova). That budget buys real things: agency management, campaign execution, brand association, and a named team on retainer.
What it doesn't automatically buy is page speed, local search rankings, or MLS data that stays current, the mechanical things that put you in front of buyers in the first place. Those are the product in every Broker & Agent plan, not the upsell. And it does not buy a better-looking website than a $795 Growth build: custom design is where we start, not where we charge extra.
Where they're the better fit
Luxury Presence sells a service, not just a site: a named team, campaign management, and an in-house agency that will run your paid social. If you want marketing executed for you month after month and have the budget for a retainer, that is what they are built for, and we would tell you so. What we will not do is run your ad budget. We build the site those ads should be pointing at, to the same standard, at a quarter of the first-year cost.
Common questions
Is Luxury Presence more expensive than Broker & Agent Solutions?
Luxury Presence does not publish pricing. Independent reviews in 2026 report entry plans around $250–$500 per month, premium tiers up to roughly $1,500 per month, plus setup fees commonly reported at $3,500–$5,000. Broker & Agent Solutions publishes its pricing: $89 per month plus a $495 one-time build, a fraction of the agency build fee. Always confirm current pricing with each vendor.
Who is Luxury Presence best for?
Agents and teams who want a marketing agency on retainer alongside the website: in-house paid ads, social and PR, a named strategist, and campaign execution handled for them, at a premium budget. It is an agency relationship first and a software purchase second.
Who is Broker & Agent Solutions best for?
Agents and teams who want the same tier of custom design without the agency retainer: a site built to rank as well as look right, at a published price, with Workspace free alongside it and the CRM they already use still an option, run and maintained by the people who built it, without long contracts or five-figure setup fees.
Do both include IDX/MLS integration?
Yes. Both platforms build websites with IDX/MLS search. Broker & Agent includes direct MLS feeds and listing alerts on both plans, with the neighborhood and area pages on Growth, and every visitor action feeding Workspace, our front office.
