Luxury Presence vs Broker & Agent

Luxury Presence lists four plans: Launch at $295/month, Brand at $595, Scale at $995 and All In at $2,495. A one-time setup fee of $2,500 applies on Launch and Brand, and $3,500 on Scale and All In. Every plan is a 12-month agreement. Billing annually lowers the monthly by about 17%, and brokerage partnerships can change the setup fee. Ad spend is paid separately.

A Broker & Agent website is $89/month plus a $495 build on Launch, or $129/month plus $795 on Growth, with no agreement to sign. Workspace Free comes with both. Workspace Pro, the full AI and Studio’s design tools, is $59/month for anyone with one of our websites.

Over a first year that is $1,563 on our Launch plan against $6,040 on theirs, and $2,343 on Growth against $9,640 on Brand.

Both companies design your site rather than handing you a template, and both include full IDX search, so buyers search the MLS on your domain instead of on a portal. Luxury Presence shows a large portfolio of its designs.

The difference is in how you get there. With us you see a free, interactive preview of your new site, designed around your brand, before you pay anything. The build fee covers the design, the core pages, your MLS, forms and domain. On Growth we add neighborhood, community and service-area pages, the blog and drafted SEO fixes, which is the local search work Luxury Presence starts on its Brand plan. Our team sets up your Google Business Profile on both plans.

Luxury Presence includes its AI CRM on every plan, with lead scoring, a daily action plan and message drafts. The plans set a contact limit: 1,000 on Launch, 3,000 on Brand, 10,000 on Scale and 50,000 on All In.

Every Broker & Agent website comes with Workspace Free, and Workspace has room for 100,000 contacts on Free and no limit on Pro. Free includes the lead inbox, pipeline, smart lists, email and calendar sync, automations, transactions and e-signature. Workspace Pro adds the full AI assistant, drafted follow-up you approve before it sends, and presentations, for $59/month when you have one of our sites.

Transaction management and e-signature are not on Luxury Presence’s plans, so contracts and signatures happen in a separate product such as dotloop or DocuSign, bought on its own.

In Workspace they are part of the free plan: the deal board, milestones and close dates, documents, commission, and e-signature for up to 10 signature requests a day. The lead that came in from your website becomes the deal, with its history attached.

This is where Luxury Presence is built differently. From the Brand plan they manage listing and lead generation ads for you, with the ad spend paid separately. Scale adds retargeting ads, SMS lead nurture and social media management, and All In adds a branded mobile app and their premium SEO and AI search program.

We don’t run ads or manage social media. Our work is the site, the local search work that brings people to it without paying for ads, and the tools you use to follow up. If you buy ads from a specialist, those leads land in Workspace like any other.

Luxury Presence starts with a demo and a consultation, collects the setup fee upfront, and starts the monthly when your site goes live, on a 12-month agreement. You can move up a plan during the term without paying another setup fee.

We start with a free preview built around your brand. Once you’re happy with it, you pay the build fee and we finish the site; the monthly plan starts on launch day. There’s nothing to sign, and your domain and contacts go with you if you ever leave.
