The short answerTop Producer is one of the oldest names in real estate CRM, now at $129 per user per month for the Pro plan, with team plans from $299 for five users, and packages adding farming or leads at $399 to $429. Its website product is a separate line at roughly $35 per user per month, and a realistic solo setup with CRM, website, third-party IDX and lead sources lands near $589 a month. Broker & Agent Workspace is free for one user and $99 a month for the full platform, with a custom IDX website from $89 a month plus a one-time build. Choose Top Producer if you want a long-established vendor and its farming data products. Choose us if you want the CRM, the website and the transaction work in one bill instead of four.
Choose Broker & Agent Workspace if… You want the whole job in one system and one invoice: CRM, a real IDX website, transactions, e-signature and the client-facing work. You would rather start free and pay when the software is doing work for you than pay $129 a month before you have decided you like it.
Choose Top Producer if… Geographic farming is your prospecting model and you want their market-data products behind it. That is a specific capability we do not sell, and it is the clearest reason to pick them.

Where we win

One bill, not four Independent write-ups put a realistic Top Producer solo setup near $589 a month once the CRM, the website add-on, third-party IDX and lead sources are counted. Ours is $99 for the platform and $89 for the website, with IDX included rather than bolted on.
IDX is not an add-on Full IDX/MLS search is in every website plan we sell, and it always will be. Treating property search as a premium upgrade never made sense for a product an agent buys specifically to show property.
The transaction side is included Deals, milestones, documents and e-signature live with the contact, on the free plan. A CRM that stops at the contract is a CRM you buy dotloop or SkySlope alongside.
Built this decade Top Producer has been around a very long time, which is a real asset for stability and a real cost in interface. The AI here was designed into the data model rather than added to software that predates it.

What "all-in" actually costs

The advertised comparison is $129 against $99, which looks close. The honest comparison counts what an agent has to buy to have a working setup. Top Producer's website product is a separate per-user line, IDX is frequently a third-party add-on on top of that, and transactions and e-signature are another vendor entirely. Independent write-ups put a realistic all-in solo configuration near $589 a month.

Our equivalent is $99 for Workspace Pro and $89 a month for a custom website with IDX included, plus the one-time build. That is not a claim that we do everything they do; it is a claim that the things most agents actually need are inside one price instead of assembled from four.

Where longevity cuts both ways

Top Producer has been serving this industry since before most of its competitors existed, and that buys something real: they will still be here, they know the business, and their farming and market-data products come from decades of doing this. If you prospect geographically, that is a genuine reason to choose them.

The cost of that history shows up in the software. Products that old carry interface decisions and data models from an earlier era, and retrofitting a modern AI assistant onto them is genuinely hard. Ours is newer, which means less history and fewer decades of integrations, and also means the assistant can read the pipeline, the transactions and the calendar because they were designed as one thing.

Where Top Producer is the better fit

One place: their farming and market-data products, which we do not sell an equivalent of. If geographic farming is genuinely how you prospect, that is worth weighing against everything else here. Their longevity is also a fair point in their favour. Weigh it against how much of what you pay for you actually open in a given month.

Moving over

We do it for you. Contacts, notes, tags and history come across and we handle the mapping rather than sending you a template and wishing you luck. Workspace Free costs nothing and has no contact cap, so you can bring your whole database in, run it beside whatever you have now, and take as long as you like to be satisfied before turning anything off. Everything exports back out whenever you want it. Workspace Pro is $99 a month when you want the rest of it, or $59 if you also have one of our websites.

Top Producer's Pro plan is around $129 per user per month. Packages that add farming run about $399 a month and packages that add leads start near $429. Team plans start around $299 a month for five users and rise to roughly $1,199 for twenty-five or more. Their website product is a separate line at about $35 per user per month. Does Top Producer include a website with IDX?

The website is a separate product at roughly $35 per user per month, and IDX is frequently a third-party add-on on top of it. With us a custom IDX website is $89 or $129 a month plus a one-time build, with full IDX/MLS search included on both plans rather than sold as an upgrade.

Can I import my Top Producer database?

Yes. Contacts, notes and history come across by CSV, and we will help with the mapping rather than handing you a template. Everything exports back out of Workspace at any time, which is the same promise we would want before moving a database anywhere.
