At list prices as of September 2026, the cheapest Follow Up Boss plan costs $69/month for one agent, $345 for five, $499 for ten and $1,000 for twenty-five, billed monthly. Top Producer runs from $179 to $1,199 and Wise Agent starts at $49 for the whole account. Workspace is $0 for one agent on Free and $12 a login for everyone on a team, or $99 plus $59 per extra login on Pro. The price gap matters less than what each leaves out: calling, texting, e-signature and transaction management.

CRM pricing pages are built for one agent. Teams have to do the arithmetic themselves, and the answer changes at certain team sizes because some vendors charge per seat and others sell bundles. Below are the published prices, the math for four team sizes, and the costs that don’t show up on the CRM’s own pricing page.

What does each CRM charge in 2026?

Three pricing models are in use: per user, bundles of users, and per account. These are the published list prices, checked in September 2026.

Follow Up Boss (pricing page) has three plans:

  • Grow: $69 per user per month, or $58 billed annually. Calling is an add-on at $39 per user, or $33 billed annually.
  • Pro: $499/month including 10 users, then $49 for each additional user ($416 and $41 billed annually). Includes unlimited calling and texting for every user.
  • Platform: $1,000/month including 30 users, then $20 for each additional user ($833 and $17 billed annually).

Top Producer (pricing page) lists its Pro plan at $179 per user per month. When we rechecked on September 29, 2026, it also listed flat team plans: $399/month for up to 5 users, $699 for up to 10, and $1,199 for up to 25. For any team, those are cheaper than paying per user, so the math below uses them.

Wise Agent (pricing page) charges $49/month per account, or $42 billed annually. That covers up to five team members on a shared login. Individual logins, which a team needs if each agent should see only their own contacts, are $20/month each. Additional team members are $20/month per batch of five, and teams of 15 or more agents can ask for Enterprise pricing.

Workspace, our CRM, is free for one user with room for 100,000 contacts, and with a team each login on Free is $12/month, yours included. Pro is $99/month for the account owner, or $59 with one of our websites, and each extra Pro login is $59. The phone add-on for texting and calling comes per number, so every agent can have their own, and the team can share a business number.

What does that add up to for 1, 5, 10 and 25 agents?

Here is the monthly cost at list price, billed monthly, with every agent on their own login and each vendor on its cheapest published plan for that size.

Agents Follow Up Boss Top Producer Wise Agent Workspace Free Workspace Pro
1 $69 (Grow) $179 (Pro) $49 $0 $99
5 $345 (Grow, 5 × $69) $399 (Teams 5) $129 ($49 + 4 logins) $60 (5 × $12) $335 ($99 + 4 × $59)
10 $499 (Pro) $699 (Teams 10) $249 ($49 + 5 members + 9 logins) $120 (10 × $12) $630 ($99 + 9 × $59)
25 $1,000 (Platform) $1,199 (Teams 25) Enterprise quote $300 (25 × $12) $1,515 ($99 + 24 × $59)

Billed annually, the Follow Up Boss column drops to $58, $290, $416 and $833.

Follow Up Boss’s cheapest plan changes twice as a team grows. Grow is cheapest up to seven users ($483). At eight users Grow would cost $552, so Pro’s $499 wins. Pro stays cheapest up to 20 users ($989). At 21 it would be $1,038, and Platform’s $1,000 becomes the better buy.

Two honest observations from the table. Workspace Free is the lowest-cost option at every size, but it doesn’t include the AI assistant’s full pool or the other Pro tools. And Workspace Pro isn’t the cheapest option for larger teams: at 10 and 25 agents, Follow Up Boss’s bundles cost less than a Pro login for everyone.

What’s usually extra?

Four things decide the real bill: calling, texting, e-signature and transaction management. Each vendor bundles a different mix.

Calling and texting. On Follow Up Boss’s Grow plan, calling is $39 per user. That changes the math quickly: a five-agent team on Grow with calling pays $540/month, more than Pro’s $499, which includes unlimited calling and texting. So a team that works the phones is better off on Pro from five users. In Workspace, texting and calling come with the phone add-on. Give every agent their own number, or have the team share one line. Follow Up Boss Pro and Platform include calling and texting for every user, which matters for a large team that lives on the phone.

E-signature. Follow Up Boss’s pricing page doesn’t list e-signature. Matching that means adding another tool, such as dotloop, which covers signing and transaction files: dotloop Premium is $34.99/month per agent as of September 2026, with team and brokerage plans quoted. If you only need signing, DocuSign Real Estate is $25/month billed annually with 100 envelopes a year, and SkySlope DigiSign is $6.25/month billed annually. Workspace includes e-signature on every plan, with no per-envelope fee and no cap on transactions. Its sending limits are per person and shared by the team: 10 requests a day and 100 a month for each person on Free (3 a day in a new workspace’s first two weeks), and 200 a day for each person on Pro or any website plan.

Transaction management. Top Producer lists transaction management in its Pro plan, and Wise Agent lists it on every plan. Follow Up Boss doesn’t list it, so deals run in a separate tool such as dotloop or SkySlope. Workspace includes the transactions hub free on every plan.

Everything else. Top Producer sells its website at $35 per user per month and FiveStreet at $25 per user per month, and its plans with leads or farming start at $479 and $599. Workspace’s AI assistant, contract reading and file review work on Free from a monthly taste of AI, with the full pool on Pro. Lead routing, round robin, ponds and team reporting come with team logins on either plan; our Workspace for teams page covers how they work. Lead generation is a separate budget with every vendor here.

What does a like-for-like setup cost?

Price a similar setup across vendors: a CRM login for every agent, calling and texting, and e-signature with transaction files. Using Follow Up Boss plus dotloop Premium as the comparison, the numbers look like this.

Agents Follow Up Boss + dotloop Premium Workspace Pro Workspace Free
1 $142.99 (Grow + calling + dotloop) $99 $0
5 $673.95 (Pro + 5 × dotloop) $335 $60
10 $848.90 (Pro + 10 × dotloop) $630 $120
25 $1,874.75 (Platform + 25 × dotloop) $1,515 $300

This isn’t a perfect like-for-like, and the differences matter. Follow Up Boss Pro and Platform include calling and texting for every user; in Workspace they come with the phone add-on, so the table leaves it out. Workspace includes e-signature and transactions on every plan, so it needs no separate dotloop line. dotloop’s team pricing is quote-only, so a team may pay a different rate than Premium list. And an e-signature-only tool like DigiSign would lower the Follow Up Boss column, but you’d lose the transaction files dotloop provides.

Read it this way. Workspace Free costs less than Follow Up Boss plus dotloop at every size. Workspace Pro costs less at every size too, but Follow Up Boss’s bundles include calling for everyone. And contacts, deals and signed documents sit in one record either way.

Where is Follow Up Boss the stronger choice?

For teams that run on the phone and on integrations. Follow Up Boss’s pricing page lists more than 250 integrations and 7-day phone and email support on every plan. Pro and Platform include unlimited calling and texting for every user, plus team inboxes and call reporting. It’s a mature product with well-developed team tools such as lead routing and ponds, and it has been owned by Zillow since late 2023.

If your team works a call floor, or your lead sources and tools already plug into Follow Up Boss, those are real reasons to pay for it. We’ve set out the full trade-off in our Workspace and Follow Up Boss comparison.

How should a team compare CRM prices?

Start from your own team, not the vendor’s pricing grid.

  1. Count logins, not agents. Admins, inside sales agents and transaction coordinators usually need access too.
  2. Decide who needs calling and texting. On some plans it’s per user. On others it’s bundled or bought per number.
  3. List the tools you’ll add. E-signature, transaction management and a website are often separate bills. Put them in the total.
  4. Compare monthly and annual. Annual billing is cheaper and locks you in for a year.
  5. Check the free tier’s terms. Contact caps, expiry dates and export rules decide whether “free” lasts. We keep a checklist in what a free CRM should include.
  6. Price the move. Switching later costs time. Switching CRMs without losing your database covers what to take with you.

What’s the bottom line?

For a solo agent or a small team, the gap between these plans is a few hundred dollars a month at most, so what’s included matters more than the CRM line itself. Our head-to-head comparisons go through what each one includes beyond price. Above about eight agents, Follow Up Boss’s bundles get cheaper per person, and the question becomes what you’re adding around it. Prices change, so check each vendor’s page before you sign. Full Workspace pricing, including logins and phone numbers, is on our Workspace pricing page.

Questions agents ask

How much does Follow Up Boss cost for a team of 10?

As of September 2026, its Pro plan is $499/month billed monthly, or $416/month billed annually, and includes 10 users with unlimited calling and texting. Ten users on the Grow plan would cost $690/month, so Pro is the cheaper choice at that size.

Does Follow Up Boss include e-signature or transaction management?

Its pricing page doesn't list either. Teams that need them add a separate tool, such as dotloop, SkySlope or DocuSign, for signing and deal files.

Is it cheaper to pay for a CRM annually?

Usually. Follow Up Boss drops Grow from $69 to $58 per user and Pro from $499 to $416/month when billed annually, and Wise Agent drops from $49 to $42/month. The trade-off is a year's commitment.
