BoldTrail (kvCORE) vs Broker & Agent

BoldTrail doesn’t publish a price. Inside Real Estate says pricing depends on account size, the products included and add-ons such as Streams, BoldTrail BackOffice and BoldTrail Recruit, and asks you to request a quote. Placester reported solo-agent pricing around $499/month in July 2026, which is about $5,988 a year before setup or add-ons.

Inside Real Estate’s terms of service bill the subscription monthly through the term, make payment obligations non-cancelable, and allow the fee to rise up to 5% at each 12-month renewal, with 30 days’ notice.

A Broker & Agent website is $89/month plus a $495 build on Launch, or $129 plus $795 on Growth, month to month. Workspace Free comes with both, and Workspace Pro is $59/month with any of our websites. Launch’s first year is $1,563.

Yes, BoldTrail is the renamed and rebuilt kvCORE. Inside Real Estate launched the BoldTrail brand in June 2024 and moved every kvCORE customer onto it with their contacts, campaigns and settings, and kvCORE is no longer sold on its own. BoldTrail keeps kvCORE’s core CRM and adds a new interface, the Vitals dashboard and AI features.

The same company renamed Brokermint as BoldTrail BackOffice and AmpStats as BoldTrail Recruit, and still sells BoomTown under its own name. Reviews from before mid-2024 describe kvCORE, and Inside Real Estate notes that pricing and packaging have changed since.

BoldTrail includes IDX websites for agents, teams and offices, built in its Advanced Pages Editor, a drag-and-drop tool, with 600+ MLS integrations and HomeSearch AI for property search. When a brokerage provides BoldTrail to its agents, an agent’s site can start from the brokerage’s template.

We design every site around your name, on your own domain, and you see a free, interactive preview of it before you pay. One of our Sarasota sites came to us from a BoldTrail brokerage template; the new one carries the team’s own name and splits buying and renting from the first screen. Growth adds neighborhood, community and service-area pages, the blog, drafted SEO fixes and an AI chat assistant. Our team sets up your Google Business Profile on both plans.

BoldTrail’s Smart CRM prioritizes leads by behavior, runs Smart Campaigns by email and text, and scores leads with AI. Its Lead Engine brings together more than 20 lead generation tools and sources, and a Lead Concierge service staffed by people can reach new leads for you. Streams, launched in March 2026, pushes AI alerts and follow-up drafts to your phone and is priced as an add-on.

Workspace Free gives you up to 100,000 contacts, a lead inbox where website leads land on their own, pipeline, smart lists, email and calendar sync, and drips, action plans and watchers. Workspace Pro adds the full AI assistant and follow-up it drafts for you to approve, for $59/month with one of our sites. Click to call and text from a business number come with the Phone add-on. We don’t run ads or sell leads.

At Inside Real Estate, transaction management, e-signature, commission automation and accounting live in BoldTrail BackOffice, the product formerly called Brokermint, which is priced as an add-on to the platform. It is built for brokerages, with checklists, forms and agent management.

In Workspace, transactions are part of the free plan: the deal board, milestones and close dates, documents, commission, and e-signature for up to 10 signature requests a day. The lead from your website becomes the deal with its history attached. Workspace Pro adds form filling from the CRM and bulk send.

Inside Real Estate’s terms start the initial term on your launch date and run it for the number of months in your order. The agreement then renews for 12 months at a time unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, and fees paid are non-refundable. Placester reports that initial terms typically run 12 months.

We have no agreement to sign. The monthly starts when your site goes live, you can cancel anytime, and your domain and contacts go with you. If your brokerage holds your BoldTrail account, ask what happens to your site and contacts when you move before you plan the switch.
