What BoomTown includes

BoomTown packages combine an IDX website built from its themes, a predictive CRM, the NOW mobile app and lead generation run by its own specialists. Success Assurance adds lead concierges, US-based people who watch your database and text or call leads when they show intent. Advance adds networked sites, multi-MLS support and reporting across offices.

Workspace covers the path from website lead to closing for one agent at $0: the lead inbox, pipeline, smart lists, automations, and transactions with e-signature. Workspace Pro adds the full AI allowance and follow-up it drafts for you to approve, for $59/month with one of our sites. We don’t run ads, sell leads or staff a concierge team.

BoomTown, BoldTrail and the contract

BoomTown belongs to Inside Real Estate, which also makes BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE), and it is still sold under its own name in 2026. Inside Real Estate describes BoldTrail as combining the best of kvCORE, BoomTown and Brokermint, and BoomTown’s site links to Inside Real Estate’s terms of service.

Those terms renew an agreement for 12 months at a time unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, and payments are non-cancelable. With us there is no agreement to sign, and your domain and contacts go with you if you leave.

Yes, BoomTown is still sold in 2026, with Launch, Core, Grow and Advance packages. It belongs to Inside Real Estate, which also makes BoldTrail, formerly kvCORE, and uses the same terms of service. Inside Real Estate says BoldTrail brings together the best of kvCORE, BoomTown and Brokermint.

Does BoomTown have a contract?

Yes. BoomTown’s site links to Inside Real Estate’s terms of service, which renew an agreement for 12 months at a time unless you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the term ends, and make payments non-cancelable. Broker & Agent has no agreement: the monthly starts when your site goes live and you can cancel anytime.

Does BoomTown have transaction management or e-signature?

BoomTown lists a MyDeals dashboard and a back-office integration, and e-signature is not among its package features. Workspace includes transactions and e-signature on its free plan, with up to 10 signature requests a day and no per-envelope fee.

Can I move from BoomTown to Broker & Agent?
