Downloading your data

Download a copy of your account's data from the Account app, what's in it, and how to ask for anything else.

You own your data, and we never sell it. You can download your account’s data whenever you like.

Download your account data#

  1. Open Account → Data & privacy at account.brokerandagent.com.
  2. Choose Download your data.

You get a JSON file with your account’s own data:

  • your profile;
  • your sessions;
  • your security activity.

Security activity is kept for 90 days, and sessions that have ended are cleared after 90 days, so the file covers about the last three months of those.

What isn’t in it#

The download is your account, the person who signs in. It doesn’t include your business’s data, like your website’s leads. There’s no one-click export of everything yet.

For a copy of something the download doesn’t cover, or any other request about your data, email privacy@brokerandagent.com.
