What Launch and Growth cost, when you pay the build fee, when the monthly plan starts, and the billing
Every website has two parts to its price: a one-time build fee, and a monthly plan once the

Both plans include a custom design, property search from your MLS, lead forms, hosting and maintenance, and visitor reporting. Growth adds the website assistant for your visitors, a blog, area guides, a monthly SEO check with fixes drafted for you, teammates on your site, more of our team’s time each month and faster replies. When you pay#
- A free preview first. We build a preview of your site before you pay anything. The price we quote with it holds
for four weeks. - The build fee when you order. It’s charged
once, at checkout. - The monthly when your site goes live. Nothing monthly is charged while we build. Growth’s features work during the build, so you can start
on them early.
The terms#
- Month to month. No contract, no minimum term and
no annual plan. - One website per plan.
- No MLS fees passed on to you, and no charge per MLS. Launch includes 1 MLS; Growth includes
up to 2. - Price changes come with at least
30 days’ notice. - No refunds, except when we charge you by mistake. See Refunds.
Where to see your plan#
Your plan and its billing are in Site Manager, under Settings → Billing. Your cards and invoices are in the Account app; see Invoices and your card.
