Website AI and packs

A Growth website comes with a monthly AI allowance. It covers everything the AI does for your site:

• the website assistant’s chats with your visitors;
• Ask AI in the editor;
• your blog posts;
• your area guides;
• the SEO fixes drafted for you.

You see how much of the month you’ve used as a percentage. We email the site’s owner when it reaches 80% and 100%.

When a month runs out#

• Writing waits. Blog posts, guides, drafts and Ask AI wait for the 1st of next month, or for a pack.
• Your visitors still get help. The assistant keeps answering for a while past the allowance. After that, it takes visitors’ details with your lead form instead, until the 1st or until you add a pack. A lead is never turned away.

The allowance starts over on the 1st of each month (counted in UTC).

Packs#

A pack adds more AI when a month needs it. Packs cost $10, $25 or $50, paid once.

• 70% of a pack’s price goes to your AI allowance, measured the same way as the monthly allowance.
• A pack lasts 12 months from when you buy it.
• Packs aren’t refunded, except when we charge you by mistake.

Buy a pack#

Only the site’s owner can buy a pack, in Site Manager, under Settings → AI → Extra usage.
