Upgrade from Launch to Growth

You can move from Launch to Growth yourself, any time, in Site Manager under Settings → Billing. You switch straight away, and Growth’s features open at once.

What you’re charged#

• The difference in build fees, now. You’ve paid Launch’s $495, so you pay the rest of Growth’s $795.
• Growth’s monthly, $129 a month.
  • If your site is live, it starts now. The difference for the rest of this month is added to your next bill.
  • If we’re still building it, nothing monthly is charged yet. Your monthly starts at Growth’s price when your site goes live.

What Growth adds#

• The website assistant, a chat for your visitors that answers questions and takes their details.
• Ask AI in the editor.
• A blog, with 1 to 4 posts a month scheduled for you.
• Area guides for the neighborhoods and towns you serve.
• SEO fixes drafted for you, up to 6 a month from the monthly SEO check. Nothing goes live until you say so.
• Teammates on your site: 5 logins to Site Manager included.
• A second MLS, if you need one. Growth includes up to 2, and our team sets up the second.
• A monthly AI allowance for the assistant, the blog, guides and drafts, with packs when a month needs more.
• More of our team’s time: 2 hours of edits a month instead of 30 minutes.
• Faster replies: support within 24 hours instead of 48, and change requests the same business day instead of the next.

Going back#

Moving from Growth back to Launch goes through our team, and takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. See Downgrade or cancel.
